Mrs. Caroline Teunis
School Counselor for all 6th-8th grade students
I have been a School Counselor since 2015 and joined the Mary Putnam Henck Intermediate school this school year, 2022-20223. I work with all MPH students to support their social/emotional and academic needs. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University (GO NOLES!) in 2010 and received my Masters of Education in School Counseling from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2015.
On a personal note, I have an amazing husband, two beautiful children, and 2 dogs. When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my family and also enjoy baking. My family and I live up here locally and I am honored to be a part of this school and this community to provide support to our local mountain families.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Anytime you are not in school, if you need emergency mental health support, tell a trusted adult near you and call 911, your local hospital emergency department, the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at: 988, or text "HOME" to 741741.
