Aeries Parent Portal – Data Confirmation Now Open
The Aeries Data Confirmation window is now open through the Parent Portal. This portal gives parents access to attendance, grades, report cards, transcripts, state test scores, and physical fitness results.
Parent/guardian accounts are automatically created using the email address on file. If your email has changed or you haven’t provided one, please contact your child's school after August 5 to update it. Once your email is updated, follow the instructions in the Aeries email to create your Parent Portal account. If you already have an active account, please log in and complete the Data Confirmation as soon as possible. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page—ROWUSD does not manage Aeries passwords.
After logging in, you’ll see a yellow or green banner to begin Data Confirmation. This step verifies key information such as family and contact details, medical and address info, income eligibility, authorizations, and access to important documents (e.g., calendars and bell schedules). Be sure to click the green “Confirm and Continue” button at the end of each section.
Important: Students will not be eligible for field trips, dances, or off-campus sports until Data Confirmation is complete. Class schedules/assignments will only be released starting August 8 to families who have finished this process.
