Page 2: From ROWUSD Superintendent, Dr. Paul Sevillano: A Message from the Superintendent: Welcome Back, ROWUSD Families. We are excited to begin the 2025-2026 school year and look forward to another great year of learning, growth, and partnerships across all our schools. Our dedicated teachers and classified staff are ready to support every student in reaching their full potential. This year, we’re expanding opportunities for parent engagement-Join your school’s PTA, School Site Council, and Board Meetings and make your voice count! Stay connected to Parent Square and the ROWUSD website for important updates and events throughout the year. Thanks to our community's support of Measure E and Proposition 2, we are developing plans to invest $85 million in upgrading school facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more, to ensure safe and modern learning spaces at all times. The mobile device policy will continue this year; students are not permitted to use phones or smartwatches during class time. To reach your child, please contact the school office. 
This year, we’re focused on ROWUSD Core Beliefs: Impactful Actions-Our shared actions and connections unlock student potential. Aligned Actions-  We intentionally align actions to prioritize students ' needs. Future-Focused: We build proactive systems that anticipate and address student needs.
